Jean-Sébastien Decaux is the CEO for Sub-Saharan Africa and a member of JCDecaux’s Executive Board since April 2013. He joined JCDecaux Group in 1998 as a Sales Manager in the United Kingdom, before being appointed City Relations Manager of JCDecaux Italy in 2000. In November 2001, he started serving as Managing Director responsible for Street Furniture and Sales Director of IGPDecaux, of which he is also a Board member. In 2004, he takes over the responsibility for the Belgian and Luxemburg subsidiaries and in 2010 he is also appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Southern Europe. In January 2013, he is appointed Chief Executive Officer for Africa-Israel, while maintaining his previous positions. His experience in the UK and Southern Europe is a valued help in developing new activities throughout the continent.
Mark Cooper is the Chief Executive Officer for Sub-Saharan Africa. Previously, since July 2015, Mark Cooper held the position of Chief Operating Officer of JCDecaux Sub-Saharan Africa, responsible for operations, human resources and health and safety policy in all of the countries in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
He joined JCDecaux UK in 1998, as UK Operations Manager, before being appointed Operations Director in 1999. He began his career in 1995 at Cable London plc (now Virgin Media).
Mark Cooper holds a Diploma in Management from Middlesex University Business School.
Adelaide McKelvey is the Sales and Marketing Director for sub-Saharan Africa. She held the position of Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa for three years previous to this. She is a sales and marketing expert with over 20 years experience. Adelaide McKelvey previously held the Sales & Marketing Director position for Continental Outdoor and was with the group since 1997. She holds a Business Development Diploma and IMM from Damelin.
James Scott is the Chief Financial Officer and was with Continental Outdoor Media since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and CTA from Rhodes University and is certified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) since 1988.
Kamil Senhaji is the Business Development Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at JCDecaux Group. His responsibility is to develop the Group’s business in African countries and also provide specific support to existing subsidiaries to optimize their development. Kamil Senhaji is Board member of JCDecaux South Africa and JCDecaux Cameroun. During his career, Kamil Senhaji, who joined the Group in 2008 as internal auditor, performed operational, financial, and fraud audits as well as due diligences for acquisitions on a worldwide basis.
